Damaged Products/Defective Items/Wrong Items Sent

We do our best to ensure the product you ordered arrives perfectly but in the rare instance that is not the case we will gladly do what we can to ensure you are satisfied. 

If any of your orders arrive damaged, broken/defective or are the wrong item(s), Flash Steals will be pleased to process a credit on your account once you have followed the guidelines below:

- You must contact our customer care team at support@flashsteals.com to report the problem within 30 days of receiving the product.

- Customer care will require a photo of the products you've received.

- When product's have been returned, we'll be able to issue a replacement or credit your account.

    Had to pay shipping back.. a month later thry cant find the return and are asking for a tracking number which i dont have.

    DO NOT buy from these people. I bought a LARGE dog bed. The bed they sent me was big enough for a CAT. No joke. They then told me to pay for my return even though they had clearly sent me the wrong item, or completely mislead in sale. I refuse to pay for return shipping. Have filed claim with my CC company and they have refunded me in full, and take the money from these people. Complete rip off.
