Tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your Flash Steals account once your items have shipped. Please make sure emails from email@example.com are not being sent to your junk mail folder. You can also check your tracking information at any time within your Order History at www.flashsteals.com using the steps provided below:
1. Log into your account by visiting www.flashsteals.com and clicking the Log In link at the top of the page.
2. Click on My Account at the top of the page.
3. Once you've found the order you're looking to track, click on View Order Details.
4. Below the product(s) you'll be able to find the shipping carrier, and tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship.
If you are still unable to locate your tracking information, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide them with your order number for further assistance.
