If your product is defective or damaged during transit, please Email contact customer service for more information. Please be advised, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item.
- Email our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions. Please include your order number, the quantity you want to return and details on why you wish to return the item in your email.
- Send the item back to us within 30 days of receipt or a refund cannot be issued.
- If we determine that you need to send the damaged/defective item back to us, we will send you a return label.
- Package the item you wish to return along with ALL original packing materials and accessories or a refund cannot be issued.
- Mail the item as directed by our customer service department. A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of your original purchase.
- The package must be shipped within 5 days and the warehouse must receive it within 10 days of the shipping label being emailed to you or a refund cannot be issued.
- The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases.
- You will be issued a refund within 3-5 days of receipt.
